[systemsettings] [Bug 446432] Disable Hover Cursor Preview
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446432 --- Comment #7 from Andres Betts --- The way I see it is the UI is doing a preview of a preview. If the card itself is the real preview, then the hover preview loses meaning. If the card is not a preview, then the hover preview gains meaning. Either way, the main action is to invite the user to click the item and see more. That's the logic I am applying to this bug report. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446432 --- Comment #6 from Nate Graham --- I thought of that, but we would drive people crazy with 20 animations going at the same time :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[systemsettings] [Bug 446432] Disable Hover Cursor Preview
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446432 --- Comment #3 from Andres Betts --- (In reply to David Edmundson from comment #2) > >Cursor preview currently doesn't add a strong benefit for the user by having > >the cursor change on hover > > But what's the disadvantage of doing it? The disadvantage to me is more of a visual issue where the user doesn't get to differentiate between the preview and the regular cursor, because they are the same. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
