Earlier comments are from 2014 suggesting there was a branch that was incomplete then. My situation: I have effectively three email accounts. My home email account is on Dovecot IMAP, but my workplace has decided to adopt Office365 (not my decision, looking forward to no work email when it stops working on Feb29 each leap year), which despite IMAP namespaces being a Microsoft creation, instead uses whole separate accounts to represent shared mail directories. That means that I need to be able to log in to Office365 as both [email protected], and as me\[email protected]; simultaneously. --profile isn't workable as the whole point of a shared mail box is that you can move emails in and out of it from your own personal account.
