I try to find how to configure my Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express edition
with KDE or even I try to find where all the header files are on what I just
installed. I am not a C++
professional but I know enough, and I seem to not be able to find any
instructions.

I had a look, now I remember.
There is now quite a lot of stuff in it which I don't understand, like
those eay libraries and and the FindLibraryWithDebug file which will
probably break something on Windows if it is removed.
