again, during kdeui/kglobalaccel.cpp build it stops because it can't
find kaccelbase.h. kdeui/kglobalaccel.cpp includes
kdecore/kglobalaccel_emb.h. So does kdeui try to build against
QtEmbedded under Windows? That would seem quite strange to
