I got my Kirigami app to load by patching kirigami.{cpp,h}:
Altered `resolveFilePath()` to `return
QStringLiteral("qrc:/android_rcc_bundle/qml/org/kde/kirigami.2/") + path;` and
similarly for `resolveFileUrl()`.
