Anyone has a special reason for the lists above to not be public? One reason is likely that we might not actually archive those lists. Or if we do, it is a recent thing. But I'm sure Ben can enlighten us here. Many of those lists (kde-core-devel, kde-announce, kde-devel at least) aren't archived by us at the moment, and never have been. I'd have no objection to people providing mbox files to re-seed the archives and enabling archiving though.
