relating to the other aspects of our communtity and Free Software in
general

We will be announcing a call for volunteers around mid July

If someone would like to help with drafting that they could start by
creating a pad on notes.kde.org and refer to previous years which would be
a help

Hi all,

As I see the deadline has passed and I missed it (I was under a strong flu
for the last 2 weeks) is there room to ask for extension to submit mine ?

 Thanks and sorry apologies,

Kenny,

Is the CfP still in effect? Where do I sign up for volunteering ? (and
I;d like to use this stage to say the Plasma , was and remains the only
sane desktop for me to use ever since I switch in the OVI sprint in Munchen

Re: [kde-community] QtCon CfP published

2016-04-08 Thread Sivan Greenberg
Hey,

Wonderful to see this again. So I want to speak about the use of PyQt5 and
Webkit in automated test / monitor of websites, and perhaps also about
pytest + qt as intro / spead the word talk.

Are those acceptable as per our agenda for this year? Are there
sponsorship slots for speakers who are also interested in volunteering in
whatever needs help during the conf? (Surly we'll have shirts sale for such
a large event ;))

If you are unsure if your submission fits or want feedback on it before
submitting I am happy to help you with that. I'd love to see many
submissions by people who have not given presentations at our conferences
before but have something interesting to share.

Cheers
