In the Phabricator requests sysadmin is getting, as well as the
conversation on IRC i'm noticing a disturbing trend where people are
not aware of the critical distinction between Projects and
Repositories and are using the terms interchangably.
These two are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

In accordance with my prior mail, i've now applied the DMARC
compliance changes to all mailing lists we host.
The list settings were changed as follows:
mlist.subject_prefix = ""
mlist.msg_header = ""
mlist.msg_footer = ""
mlist.scrub_nondigest = False

As stats.kde.org will also be unreachable as a result of this, page
load times for all Capacity based sites (including www.kde.org) may be
adversely affected as well.

Hi all,
The host system OS upgrade was successful, and all containers have
been started up again.
IRC services are currently in the process of reconnecting - everything
else appears to be running as usual.

latest Bugzilla.
