Fixes for recentdocuments kioslave documentation - single slash for recentdocuments:/ URI; - the Application Menu has the configuration option (Application Starter does not seem to exist); - reorder the list of places where the kioslave can be used to match the the order used to describe them; - update the release date and version; - split the content of the title.
