As the repository has yet to transit through KDE Review and then receive the
subsequent approval to join Frameworks, it is ineligible to move to
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/ i'm afraid.

As for plasma, we have a weather library there, so the comment about it
being easier for new plasmoids doesn't hold directly. Maybe you can expand
on what's different?

Where has this been discussed?
This is a 1 month old library with no external review whatsoever, I don't see
how it can be ready to be part of KDE Frameworks.
