only a set of four lights (powered on, battery loading, disk i/o, WLAN) and

Enough ports these days install Plasma and QML stuff that it makes sense to
add the standard directories they use to kdehier4.
Now that kdevplatform4 also installs Grantlee filters, it makes sense to add
the

Install the Grantlee filter plugin into the right location.
Add an upstream patch of mine (pending review, so the commit hash will
change) to install kdev_filters.so into the correct KDE location.
