I have downloaded the packager tarballs from ftpmaster.kde.org and
started bumping my area51-kde copy to 4.11. I've tried to keep pkg-plist
more consistent this time but without automated validation the outcome
is likely sub-optimal nevertheless.
So far I was able to build kdeadmin,

C++ exceptions, while at the same time it refers to some inline code of
akonadi that uses exceptions
