This is trunk/area51/KDE@9390, which is the last revision before KDE 4.11.0
got committed.
I may also merge a few subsequent commits that apply to 4.10.5 while we
don't get 4.11.0 ready.

If you have experienced sound distortion when using phonon-gstreamer try the
following (which fixed the problem for me):
# pkg delete -fy gstreamer-plugins-pulse gstreamer-plugins-esound
