I try to install Plasma 5 and I got a problem to install hupnp. I cannot
download herqq-147.tar.xz
I try to download manualy but
https://svn.code.sf.net/p/hupnp/code/trunk/herqq/ doesn't work
(connection refused).

sorry, yea, that port is a bit experimental -- i.e. uses sources from svn
can you try
# make -DSVN_BOOTSTRAP makesum
[ see multimedia/hupnp/Makefile.common]
-- that should fetch the sources from svn, and create a tarball in your
distfiles-folder for the future.
