- Link etc/pam.d and etc/rc.d to their respective LOCALBASE sisters.
This obsoletes the local_startup setting in rc.conf for KDM. The pam.d
modification, instead, is useless at the moment, but might be useful
in the future.

- Add a port to install PAM modules for KDM (including the kde-np one,
required for automatic login). This will deprecate the module in
base, which will be removed.
- Add a run dependency on it in kde-workspace.
