I'm building ports with Poudriere on a 12.2p10/amd64 host with a
12.2p10/amd64 jail.
After switching from 2021Q3 to 2021Q4 branch, I am no longer able to
compile Okular.
I've searched, found someone has had the same problem, but no solution.
Any help?

The package was split recently into x11-toolkits/qt5-declarative and
x11-toolkits/qt5-declarative-test to reduce bloat on desktops --
you'll require the latter for the testing parts.
