Ok, i've added COPYING, COPYING.LIB (for LPGL) and COPYING.DOC (for docs) to the repos of kdesdk and kdetoys that i found were missing them. A second set of eyes would be of course welcome, so if someone can go thorugh https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdesdk and https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdetoys and check all the files are correct it would be great.
