As you told it worked with libreoffice 4.1 and not with libreoffice 4.2
so they broke something
They didn't keep compatibility somewhere.

Usually, you can download it from a Certificate Provider. It's installed on
your browser. Then you can export (with or without password) to a PFX file
(from that browser, Firefox, in this case). Et voilá.

Installing package baloo resolved the problem.
Hopefully there will be some notice for users logging in kde 4.13 to let them
know that baloo package is replacing nepomuk
