Okay, after applying your patch to the package with common kdepim libs
everything is fine, the `More` button is gone now to Quick search bar.

Hmm, I've tried this change on top of vanilla kmail 4.13. Nothing changed,

I confirm this with KDE SC 4.9.3 and owncloud 4.5.3. Running Gentoo amd64
with Russian locale.
And after removing kdepim-l10n package caldav appears as caldav
