At the end of the process to create an OpenPGP Certificate, it says 'Key Pair
Successfully Created', but when i click 'Make a Backup Of Your Key Pair', it
gives the error:

An error ocurred while trying to export the secret key.
The output from C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\gpsm.exe was: gpgsm: key `'not
found: Invalid name

And when I click Finish, it does not appear in All Certificates

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create New Certificate
2. OpenPGP, enter details
3. Click Finish
4. ...silence...
Actual Results:  
Doesn't create OpenPGP cert

Expected Results:  
should have created OpenPGP cert

Actually, opening gpa I see a lot of keys.  I'll try to work around
