kmail hides groupware folders if the folders are indeed marked as containing
groupware content (/vendor/kolab/folder-type, value.shared annotations under
ANNOTATEMORE, or /shared/vendor/kolab/folder-type metadata under METADATA).
This seems to negate the concern of displaying useless information perfectly
fine, and I'm therefore closing this ticket.
