When dragging an attachment from a mail in KMail to some drop-target (tested
with KMail Compose window, Dolphin) the resulting file will be 0 bytes in size.
The source file can't be opened or saved after that until the message with the
attachment is closed and opened again.
Opening or saving attachments without using drag and drop works fine, though.
