When starting KMail mobile (Repo: snapshots, build: 19th Aug. 2010) the phone
gets locked by endless starting composer windows. Only switching the phone off
really helps in this situation.
After removing ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail2/autosave it works fine again. In that
folder were quite some files before deleting (if needed I kept a copy and can
provide the content of that folder).
