I just realized that moving mails between two different imap accounts does not
work.
You can drag one or more mails and you can drop them over another imap accounts
folder. But nothing happens then.
If this was a supported feature, ist broken. Ifnot please make kmail show a
different mouse pointer over different imap folder so that the user can realise
that this is not possible.
