there is not more to it:
Everytime mail isn't sent (when smtp authentificatien fails - the reason
doesn't matter) kmail shows

the problem is that this message shows a cleartext password which is insecure
and undesirable ... I know but if I can't reproduce bug I can't verify if pb
is where I think :)

My smtp authentificaion failed and this was added to the mail header (i guess)
as the mail is viewed in the outbox (click on the mail that stalled in thoutbox
and you can see in the mail view
