[kontact] [Bug 379955] kontact 17.04.0-19.5 fails to start lmail client 17.04.0.25.5 due to undefined symbols

2017-05-17 Thread Nick
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=379955

The full error message is as follows :

Can not load part for Mail
Can not load library
/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kmailpart.so ( libKF5MessageViewer.so.5 undefined
symbol _ZTIN13Transport1 error )

2nd test pointed to another undefined symbol
/usr/lib64/libkmailprivate.so.5 undefined symbol _ZTIN3kleo17KeySelectionComboE

I noticed that many of libKF% entries in yast were pointining to version 16
rather than 17 . I upgraded those at level 16 to their equivalent in ver 17
shutdown / restart

I got a different symbol

/usr/lib64/libkmailprivate.so.5 undefined symbol
_ZN10MailCommon24FavoriteCollectionWidget15NewTabRequestedEb

Checked /usr/lib64/libkmailprivate.so.5
it is a link
ls -al /usr/lib64/libkmailprivate.so.5
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 May 17 13:21 /usr/lib64/libkmailprivate.so.5 ->
libkmailprivate.so.5.5.0

Thanks
Nick

[korganizer] [Bug 379947] New: "accepted" calendar entry not shown

2017-05-17 Thread bugzilla_noreply
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=379947

Bug ID: 379947
Summary: "accepted" calendar entry not shown
   Product: korganizer
   Version: 5.0
  Platform: openSUSE RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: u...@flanagan-consulting.com
  Target Milestone: ---

16.08.2-2.2.1 is the KOrganizer5 version shown in Yast. On openSuse 42.2 with
updates through yesterday.

Accepting invitations in the form of .ics or iCal files, into an existing
calendar, often results in a message from KOrganizer that "one entry accepted"
but it is not displayed on either the Month or Agenda view.

Hi, I tried every trick in the book to re-create the bug, but no show. Might be
also because since reporting it there were some updates to (among others)
akonadi which made things a bit more stable. Consider it closed/ resolved for
now.

I have 2 small problems with "answer" in kmail, the citation indicator does not
appear with each answer but random, and if I put alt gr 6, the vertical line is
discontinuous.
