Context menus appear in the correct place, but all tooltips render on the right side of the primary monitor rather than where they should (or anywhere) on the left monitor. A workaround is to click the column headings and choose "adjust column width" (not sure, my settings are German). For example with a screenshot. I ask because I can't find the setting you're referring to. Hmm, I found it now: it's the menu folder in the main menu (on top of kmail) and not on the folder itself.
