Yeah, it works now (ubuntu 19.04).
I forgot to update this bug because in the meantime I put those reminders in

Bug ID: 409656
   Summary: Unable to get sources
   Product: akregator
   Version: 5.11.2

OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: normal

 Component: feed parser
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org

SUMMARY
Akregator is unable to get my feeds. I don't know why. Until now, it has worked
properly.

I don't have any steps. This happened since Akregator updated to 5.11.2. If you
want any information about the application or my system, you can ask me. When I

[Akonadi] [Bug 386985] akonadi CalDav resource not synching with certain servers

2019-07-09 Thread Huw
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386985

I'm no dev so apologies if I've got this wrong, but from my reading of the
submission on Phabricator, couldn't this be resolved if CalDav used *both*
methods to sync with the server? Surely some code could be inserted to handle
a null result, while then using output from the other result?

Is it really the case that the patch was rejected just because it breaks sync
for Kolab users, despite the current situation breaking sync for apparently a
whole host of other servers?

[Akonadi] [Bug 406917] Sync of webdav calendar stuck forever

2019-07-09 Thread Rigo Wenning
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=406917

I found the culprit. It was an ICS from Air Lingus that wasn't parsable. I
removed it from the calendar and now it works again. Looks like there is an
algorithm missing in the davgroup that throws away stuff that it can't digest
and notify the user. This should be coordinatable with the folks from nextcloud
as most people using kontact typically also use owncloud or nextcloud (as
google has certainly done the sanitization already)

[kmail2] [Bug 409645] New: kmail prepends file:///%09 in front of copied links preceded by whitespace

2019-07-09 Thread Erik Quaeghebeur
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409645

Bug ID: 409645
Summary: kmail prepends file:///%09 in front of copied links
preceded by whitespace
   Product: kmail2
   Version: 5.10.3
  Platform: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
  Severity: minor
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: k...@equaeghe.nospammail.net
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When in an html email a link in a href field is preceded by whitespace (tab,
perhaps other), then the copied link is preceded by file:///%09. This issue may
be restricted to quoted-printable encoded messages, where a tab is =09.

Example (QP):

https://some.example.net/xyz/pu=
blic/apple/reservations?unid=3De6ca8cc008bd480eb216f94aba4f95aa=09" style=
=3D"color: rgb(0, 85, 170); text-decoration: none;">Option A1234 5678

Result after copying link using the right-click menu:

file:///%09https://some.example.net/xyz/public/apple/reservations?unid=e6ca8cc008bd480eb216f94aba4f95aa

This may be an error on the part of the html-producers, but it would be nice if
kmail were robust against such issues.

Confirmation from here. I cleared the cache and now I have no items and no sync
anymore. Because clearing the cache did not do the trick anymore. I also had a
regression on this here:
https://www.dvratil.cz/2017/01/kmail-multiple-merge-candidates-error-and-how-to-fix-it/
I identified that the error wasn't in caldav, but in personal contacts and this
also stopped the caldav sync
