After changing the URL from "webcal://" to "https://; I was able to reproduce,
except this time the calendar is *not* duplicated. Happy days! Now that just
needs to be the default path to a working calendar.

Utterly broken workaround:
1. Go to general settings
1. Click the offending calendar
1. Click "Restart"
At this point the calendar events show up and the calendar is *duplicated* in
the "Calendar Accounts" list.

Wenn I clear the akonadi cache for the respective folder
within akonadiconsole, kontact does not to crash on quit.
