I have run into this issue several times as well.

The issue gets even worse if auto-checking for new mail is enabled and you're
not around. Each time a mail check is triggered a new popup is added. I was
called to an unattended computer today which had over 300 warning dialogs open.
I think one single dialog per mail server should be presented at most. If the
dialog is not dismissed by the next mail check, simply don't create another
dialog and at best try to raise the existing dialog again.

Thanks to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448846 we investigate further
and we find that also moving events directly on calendar views makes timezone
information being lost.
Timezone information are correctly saved only if you use Event dialog as
https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=145781 (useful as a temporary
workaround).
Greetings!

Dear Antonio,

many thanks for this. Do you know a time schedule for solving the issue &
implementing an update into the distros? There is another well-known bug (I did
not file) and may be resolved simultaneously: Google dates entered in external
devices, such as under Android, are synced and displayed correctly in
KOrganizer - but it does not work the other way round. That is, Google dates
scheduled directly in KOrganizer are not synced. Is this going to be solved as
well?

Kind regards,

Bernhard
