Kmail became unusable STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. local Dovecot server on same local network. Not publicly accessible 2. X11 3. kmail2 mail checkout, manually or periodocally doesn't matter what method OBSERVED RESULT Somehow messages are not marked as read / downloaded by kmail/akonadi on the server. This happened after an update of Debian/Sid/Bookworm which updated glibc and libc Don't know if this has something to do with it.
