For me the problem was present on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. It gone after reverting
back to stable version Leap 42.3 (Akregator 17.04-2-2.1). I deleted the items
with wrong date and I haven't experienced any problem for a month.
It was probably caused by some incorrect package versions.

After deleting ~/.local/share/akregator folder, Akregator was working fine for
one day. Now I got items with wrong date again, so I moved back to the backup
folder.
What is necessary for you from my side to reproduce the issue?

0% should be displayed if account is empty. what is empty ?
for me when current value = 0 it shows 0%
so what is you quota max from your account and what is your current quota ?
I tried to make 0 as current value and it works fine.

Now it works for me too (shows 0%) with dovecot on my local server, but
experiences the problem (missing 0%) with my gmail account.
I don't know how to retrieve current quota manually from gmail.

The same happened yesterday with my local IMAP account on a local dovecot

If an IMAP account is over quota, inbox and all its sub-folder turns into red.
The problem is that they don't automatically turn black after deleting enough

Download messages and Update folder and its subfolders don't help, only
going to the Quota tab on Folder properties dialog does the trick.
Also a problem is that the subfolders don't turn black, I have to repeat going
to the Quota tab on Folder properties dialog again to make them black.

You're right, it shouldn't happen.
I made this situation by changing dovecot's quota config below the real size of

You're right, Use custom colours option wasn't enabled for me up till now.
I've checked it and the folders turned red. Although this default red is very
similar to the colour of 'Broken accont', so it needs to be changed.
And what about the notification warning popping up in a separate window? It was
implemented by default in KMail1, wasn't it?

(In reply to comment #5)
Although this default red is very similar to the colour of 'Broken accont',
so it needs to be changed. IT's right we use the same color, but we need to
use KColorScheme and there is just one red.

But for quota it's just 1 folder which is show in red.
but when it's broken account it's all folders.

So for me it's not a problem.

For me, the quota is set up per account not per folder. So the account that is
over the notification-limit has about 10 subfolders, and now all of them are
red, except three (It is also unclear for me why these three are black).
In the morning I had a network connection failure and all the subfolders were
red too (Broken account). It's confusing and difficult to say what is the
problem if both case are signed with red.

was implemented by default in KMail1, wasn't it? didn't remember if there
 was it.
Not sure that if it's easy to reimplement it (or implement it) but not for
4.10 we are in string freeze

I remember this feature working but don't remember when it disappeared (it was
a long time ago). Shall I file this issue as a separate wish?

Same here. In place of the message body can be seen a KMail is currently in
offline mode. Click here to go online . . . notification but Work offline
option in File menu means that KMail is not in offline mode. Clicking on the
link here nothing happens, switching Kmail off- then online in File menu
helps.

[Bug 310428] New: Problem with adding and removing identities

2012-11-20 Thread Pal Körössy
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310428

Bug ID: 310428
  Severity: normal
   Version: 4.9.3
  Priority: NOR
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
Summary: Problem with adding and removing identities
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux
  Reporter: koross...@freemail.hu
  Hardware: Other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
 Component: config dialog
   Product: kmail2

A few days ago I added a new identity in KMals config dialog Identity settings.
Shortly after that I deleted that identity and realised that some (5 or 6) new
'Unnamed' identity was created. Tried to remove them but the number of Unnamed
identities are doubled to 10-12. If I try to remove any of them, twice of the
removed Unnamed identities is created so now I have about 30 of them.
I haven't experienced this problem before or in my other computer configured
with the same settings.
Since then I'm having the following problem too:
If I compose a mail with the default identity that has a signature configured,
no signature is inserted into the message body at all.

Reproducible: Always

[Bug 308226] New: Custom message templates for different identities don't work properly

2012-10-11 Thread Pal Körössy
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308226

Bug ID: 308226
  Severity: normal
   Version: 4.9.2
  Priority: NOR
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
Summary: Custom message templates for different identities
don't work properly
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux
  Reporter: koross...@freemail.hu
  Hardware: openSUSE RPMs
Status: UNCONFIRMED
 Component: composer
   Product: kmail2

I set up custom templates for an identity in KMail by going to
Setting/Configure_Kmail/Identities configuration dialog box and choosing
Templates tab. Here I enable 'Use custom message templates for this identity'
option and set up the following template for New messages:

%REM=Default new message template%-
Hi %TOLNAME,
%BLANK
%CURSOR
%BLANK
%SIGNATURE

Then I compose a new message with this identity and choose a recipient, the
last name of the recipient doesn't appear after 'Hi' in the message body. The
cursor also stands at a wrong position (after the signature).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a custom New message template to an identity using .
2. Try to compose a new message using this identity.

Actual Results:
Neighter the lastname of 'to' field nor the cursor aren't displayed in the
correct position.

Expected Results:
Lastname and cursor should be at the right place according to the template.

Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux
  Reporter: koross...@freemail.hu
  Hardware: openSUSE RPMs
Status: UNCONFIRMED
 Component: composer
   Product: kmail2

I use two different identities configured to use their own, different message
templates (in Setting/Configure_Kmail/Identities configuration dialog box on
Templates tab).
Replying to a message in the composer window and changing identity, except from
the signature, the custom templates don't take effect for the message body.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up two different identities (one default id1 and one other id2) and
configure them to use their own message templates.
2. Create two different reply template (using different fields, different
language etc.)
3. Reply to a message, the composer window comes up with the default identity
and the field contents according to the reply template confugured to the
default identity.
4. Change the identity to id2.
Actual Results:
The content of the message body window doesn't change except to the signature.

Expected Results:
The content of the message body window should be changed according to the
content of the template of id2.

To solve this, simply change the standard template to include
 %CURSOR
 %SIGNATURE

Oops, this seems to work if I also disable the option 'Automatically insert
signature' at the same time.

2012-10-11 Thread Pal Körössy

--- Comment #6 from Pal Körössy koross...@freemail.hu ---
Applying comment#1 and disabling the option 'Automatically insert signature' is
definitely a workaround but it's a bit confusing for a simple user to find it
out.
In my opinion there is a conflict between the 'Insert signature above the
quoted text' option and the standard templates customization which needs to be
resolved so I leave this open.

I want the outgoing messages to be signed automatically, so 'Sign messages

Settings/Configure_Kmail/Security/Composing section.
In
Settings/Configure_Kmail/Security/GnuPG_settings/GPG_Agent/Expire_Cached_Pins_after_N_second

(in less then one day) I'm prompted again to type the GPG PIN, even if the

In KDE4 the only option to store KMail account-passwords is KWallet.
I have KMail open in startup and I would prefer an option to store credentials
in a config-file instead of bugging me by KWallet everytime on startup, even
it's not safe enough.
Now to avoid this problem the only option is to use a passwordless Wallet but I
don't want my important passwords for webpages (internetbanking etc.) to be
unsafe.
This bug is a reopening of bug#97925.
