I still get this error message on KDE 4.9.4 (KUbuntu 12.10). It usually occurs
after a wake up of the laptop and can be fixed by restarting the Mail
Dispatcher Agent in the Akonadi Console. I have

I could reproduce the error. The error occurs when I send an email with a
.tar.gz file attached. This still happens on 4.8.3.
