It also do not work on 4.10 final. akonadi-server is compiled with USE-flag:
mysql sqlite

after deleteing .kde4/share/apps/kmail2, .kde4/shar/config/kmail*, and
~/.config/akonadi, Kmail works fine on my system.

This bug does not belong to my problem anymore. Downgrading openssl to 1.0.1c
fixed the problems.
