By default we don't support small dialog.
We can't do it in kmail as we have a lot of settings.

My screen is 768 pixels high. I don't remember another app having this effect.
Regardless, 768 is not very short, the fonts are not unusually large, and the
title bar hardly seems big enough to account for the buttons at the bottom
being entirely out of view so as to force users to guess. Not all users are
geeks. Even if we were using a cell phone's browser, the buttons or other
indicia of equivalent functionality should be visible to users.

If your screen is only 768 pixels height, then you cannot expect all
applications to work with
- large fonts
- big window title bars

I suggest to reduce the size of those elements. If you cannot read them if they
are smaller, you need a bigger screen, as several desktop applications expect a
certain minimum number of text lines fitting on the screen.
