If I reset the KMail layout (such as changing the folder list from long to
short and then back), the attachments are shown.
But there's a bug.

libksieve version is 17.07.90
i found that kontact is still 17.04.

Wow, I found an interesting thing! If I manually mark the TEST mail as
"unread", and then move into "inbox" of "Local Folders", the mail after getting
there becomes "read". However doing the same
