Actuilaly in KMail 1.13.5 this buttons works but description is misleading.
It makes paragraph a bullet/numbered list. So we're still stukc with entering
lots of spaces to adjust

Numbers were taken from ksysguard memory column. I think current release
(1.7.1) does much better job here. I never managed to get the mem usage
comparable to this bug report, although I've disabled most

Try to set and save your spellcheck/dictionary settings. It solved this issue
for me.

Additional note, top shows all the processes are idling, ie any of the nepomuk*
,akonadi* ,virtuoso* ,kontact ,postgresql* processes has cpu usage 1%. (I use
postgresql as my akonadi db backend).

I've tried to locate btrace of the process, but unfortunatelly this crach
doesnt trigger drqonqui and abrt is unable to locate proper coredump.
