RockyLinux 8 is a replacement for Centos8 and you can convert from one to the other. RockyLinux 9 is equivalent to RHEL 9. I have Kea running on RHEL 8 and RockyLinux 8. I assume it would also run fine on either RHEL 9 or RockyLinux 9. Which is what I would do if I were installing a new Kea serv
