Thinking more about MPLS/VPN I believe the DHCP server should be in the VPN.
This solves the multiple address issue, make unicast renews to work and
also allows to use the same address for DHCP relays.
BTW I do not know if the MPLS/VPN scenario can be handled by Stork.
