[Kea-users] Hub-spoke model in load balancing mode

Hi, I was going through the latest version of kea, and I came across the
feature that hub-spoke has been implemented. When I went through the
document, it showed only hot-standby mode. I am curious if it can be used
in load-balancing mode too?
