We tried this, and it still can't get KRB5 tickets. It acts like it's doing the same thing as kinit when we don't use the -5 option.

I saw something like this with KfW 2.5. I had to delete the krb 4 config files and reset the options to default before it would obey the option. (Or something like that. We were just starting out and had iterated through a bunch of invalid configurations.)
