This is (the second) vote to release Apache Kerby 1.0.0. We had to cancel the first vote after Emmanuel identified some issues with the NOTICE + licenses for the two Kerby distributions. The distributions now correctly include the Netty NOTICEs and licenses of modified components, and SLF4J
