Just a note we could consider dropping the m400 patch now, the Fedora m400 has
been decommissioned and I doubt many others are running Fedora if they're not
all in the trash can.

Overall this looks fine but a couple of notes:
1) could be some cleanup from Fedora -> Common
2) the audio graph card is useless on it's own, it needs all the other tegra
audio bits.
