Looks like something going wrong with the floppy driver. From the description this sounds like a race. I note that a bug with essentially the same stack trace was fixed in 4.20, de7b75d82f70 "floppy: fix race condition in __floppy_read_block_0()." We have that fix though, so not sure what is
