No. 3.19.0-16-generic will not boot normally. In recovery mode it boots but with no mouse or keyboard function. My experience with recent kernels is the same as Nils'. The 3.16 kernels may take a few stalled boots hardware power key shutdowns and reboots to work. I think the 14.04 LTS kernels were

David, Please connect and pair the mouse. After that execute bluez-list-devices. If you check the lines: Connected = 0 Paired = 0 You'll see the mouse is not even connected. The address is the same as computer Bluetooth adapter so probably because that the line you put in the file is wrong.
