The last time as I updated from V3.07 to V3.08 I temporary run Win 7 to execute
the BIOS update file and it went wrong. The update has freezed while writing
the BIOS and my laptop was damaged. I had to replace a the mainboard with a new
one.

I agree and this is quite annoying. I had to write a script to
disconnect and reconnect the soundlink to expedite the inevitable
toggling of the connection.

I have the Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth mouse as well (model H3S-3), and
the connection is not surviving suspends or reboots on Vivid (15.04). To
fix, I need to:
1. Put the mouse into pairing mode (holding the bottom button).
2. Go to the Bluetooth setting for the mouse and activate the

Please connect and pair the mouse. After that execute
bluez-list-devices. If you check the lines:
Connected = 0
Paired = 0
You'll see the mouse is not even connected. The address is the same as
computer Bluetooth adapter so probably because that the line you put
in the file is wrong.
I'm trying this bisect method for the first time and have compiled the
first kernel to test. don't close this bug! I'm not used to the ubuntu
way of building the kernel so be patient.

I will try to fully reverse commit bisect for the mouse problem
