Got it working, I have virtualbox but I did not need to uninstall the module to
have the new kernel working.
The issue is FIXED!!! This is a miracle

I thought I mentioned that in my first post, if not; Hibernation has
never worked properly with this laptop. This problem occurs with CentOS
7 with a 3.10 kernel and Ubuntu 14.04 with a 3.19 kernel as well as Wily.
