I can not thank you enough for your instructions. I made sure I was
running the 4.1.6 firmware, went through the steps you provided, and it

OK, problem here is it usb_modeswitch.
Right after boot it fails for some reason, and huawei 3372h is still visible as
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 12d1:1f01 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
But if I unplug it and plug again, then it looks like
