After installing upstream kernel, reboot and direct freeze on logon
screen. After reboot ok. As freeze occured after playing videos I tryed
a 4K video on youtube which led to a freeze within seconds. Should I
install linux intel graphics drivers ?

I've got the same problem, as many others here on my HP notebook using
AMD+Intel hybrid GFX. I upgraded to xenial just to check whether there
is the same problem to and yes, there is the same in 4.4.x.

I think the cause might be the broadcom driver. I have the same issue
with a broadcom driver on the BCM4352. After installing Ubuntu 15.10 I
added drivers for the broadcom and the computer cannot suspend resume.
