Per the attached syslog, the installation fails because the the scsi device
representing the virtual dvd does not get mapped. The setup on the PowerVM
side of things looks correct. Note that this is a regression
I built a test kernel with commit d2b59ee("UBUNTU: SAUCE: nvme: Don't
suspend admin queue that wasn't created") reverted it can be downloaded

ACPI error spams log every four
I am affected by this bug as well and tried to run the apport-collect
command, but while it does opens a new browser window it only is a blank
one with no option to authorize the program.

Kernel 4.4.0-39 fails to detec
Public bug reported:
I usually run kvm with '-serial stdio' after adding
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="console=ttyS0" to /etc/default/grub. This
will give me a serial console where I can login and, more important, get
kernel logs.
After install 4.8.0-16.17 I'm unable to login in the serial console
This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem.
