The kernel was updated today to version 4.15.0-13 and the commit "Bluetooth: btusb: Use DMI matching for QCA reset_resume quirking" was added. I have tested the notebook and now it is no longer failing to boot or booting without wireless and bluetooth. The problem is fixed to me. Thank you. --
